fltk2的软件作者显然不是很仔细，：（
1) 首先最开始编译就出现#warning和#error等fatal错误
2) # warning "This method will not work on this system. (you can ignore this warning)"
3) BITMAPV5HEADER 结构无定义
4)编译出现LNK2001 ： unresolved external symbol错误
5) 编译出现 error C2664
